About

Live Authentically

In a world where technology and busyness often replace genuine human connection, living authentically has never been more important. Yet many women were raised to stay quiet, follow the rules, and fit neatly into a box. How can you embrace authenticity when you were taught to blend in?

Tiffany Jones is passionate about inspiring women to live with authenticity through purposeful self-care. Through proper stewarding of the mind, body, and spirit, women expand their capacity to love God deeply and love people well. Using intentional, individualized self-care, we step into lives that are not only healthier, but also more purposeful, impactful, and true to who God created us to be.

Empowering Women To Fight for Joy

Meet Tiffany Jones

Tiffany Jones

Founder & Lead Speaker

Tiffany Jones is a Greenville, SC native. Raised in a Christian culture that shamed mental illness, she fought to understand what God’s Word had to say about her struggles. Tiffany battled depression from adolescence into adulthood. Unfortunately, her community led her to believe that she wasn’t a good enough Christian, and that is why she was never free from her burden.

When years of practicing their solutions were not working, she began looking for other possible answers. There had to be hope of something better. That led to a pivotal moment in her healing journey: naming her true enemy in 2015. Naming that enemy was possible because of 3 major influences: Professional Mental Help, Stewarding Physical Health, and Like-Minded Christian Community

Living through childhood depression impacts your ability to believe that change is possible. However, you are not too broken to heal. Tiffany hopes to encourage others by sharing the impact of caring for your mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Book Review of The Cursed Brain

“This little book is packed with information backed by scripture. No one should have to face the criticism of others who do not understand mental illnesses. This book ends with HOPE, something we all need… HOPE in JESUS CHRIST!”

Karen

Counselor

Jones states that mental illness is not a battle, “It is a war.” She looks at this touchy topic and adds new perspectives and quotes scripture to help win the fight.
